The 2008 ESPYs hosted by Justin Timberlake, will be televised Sunday, July 20 at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN/ESPN HD.

The Chicago Bulls' Michael Jordan won Outstanding Men's Pro Basketball Performer of the Year four times (1993, 1997, 1998, 1999). Both winning twice for Outstanding Men's Pro Basketball Performer of the Year are Houston Rockets' Hakeem Olajuwon (1995, 1996) and Los Angeles Lakers' Shaquille O'Neal (2001, 2002). UConn Women's Hoops won Outstanding Team of the Year in 1996 and the Los Angeles Lakers won in 2002. In 2005, Dwyane Wade took home an ESPY for Best Breakthrough and was recognized by the fans for his career year with an ESPY for Best NBA Player.
